ก้าวสำคัญของ SERI สู่ความร่วมมือระดับนานาชาติ

พิธีลงนามบันทึกข้อตกลงความร่วมมือทางวิชาการ (MOU) ระหว่างจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย และมหาวิทยาลัยแห่งชาติสิงคโปร์ครั้งนี้จัดขึ้นเมื่อวันที่ 31 ตุลาคม 2568 ณ NUS Environmental Research Institute (NERI) มหาวิทยาลัยแห่งชาติสิงคโปร์ สาธารณรัฐสิงคโปร์ โดย รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.พันธวัศ สัมพันธ์พานิช ผู้อำนวยการสถาบันสิ่งแวดล้อมเพื่อความยั่งยืน จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ได้รับมอบหมายจากอธิการบดีจุฬาฯ ร่วมลงนาม MOU กับ Mr. George Loh, NUS Associate Vice President (Strategic Partnership) โดยมีศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ศรีเลิศ โชติพันธรัตน์ (รองผู้อำนวยการ ด้านแผนและยุทธศาสตร์วิจัย) และ Professor Dr. Sanjay Swarup (ผู้อำนวยการ NUS Environmental Research Institute: NERI) ร่วมเป็นพยาน  พร้อมด้วยคณะผู้บริหารสถาบันฯ ศาสตราจารย์ เภสัชกร ดร.ปิติ จันทร์วรโชติ (รองผู้อำนวยการ ด้านส่งเสริมและสร้างนวัตกรรมที่มีมูลค่า) ดร.ธวัลหทัย สุภาสมบูรณ์ (ผู้ช่วยผู้อำนวยการ ด้านวิรัชกิจและพัฒนาองค์กร) ดร.วิไลลักษณ์ นิยมมณีรัตน์ (ผู้ช่วยผู้อำนวยการ ด้านพัฒนากลุ่มวิจัยและหน่วยธุรกิจ) ดร.บัวหลวง ฝ้ายเยื่อ (ผู้ช่วยผู้อำนวยการด้านบริหารองค์กร) และคุณกริช พรหมพระสิทธิ์ (ผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายบริหาร) และผู้บริหารจาก NUS Environmental Research Institute (NERI) นำโดย Professor Dr. Sanjay Swarup (Director), Dr. Kew Peter (Deputy Director) และ Dr. Lee Lai Yoke (Associate Director) 
พิธีลงนามครั้งสำคัญนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อร่วมมือทางวิชาการในการวิจัยและขับเคลื่อนการพัฒนาด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมที่ยั่งยืน โดยภายหลังพิธีลงนาม MOU ยังมีการหารือร่วมกันเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินโครงการเพื่อริเริ่มการส่งเสริมความร่วมมือทางวิชาการและวิจัยระหว่างทั้งสองสถาบันในหลากหลายด้านอีกด้วย นับเป็นก้าวสำคัญของสถาบันฯ ในการขับเคลื่อนความร่วมมือระดับนานาชาติกับมหาวิทยาลัยระดับโลก ซึ่ง NUS ได้รับการจัดอันดับ QS World University Ranking 2026 เป็นอันดับที่ 8 ของโลก และเป็นอันดับที่ 1 ในภูมิภาคเอเชีย

A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing ceremony between Chulalongkorn University and the National University of Singapore (NUS) was held on October 31, 2025, at the NUS Environmental Research Institute (NERI), Republic of Singapore.
Associate Professor Dr. Pantawat Sampanpanish, Director of the Sustainable Environment Research Institute (SERI), Chulalongkorn University, on behalf of the President of Chulalongkorn University, signed the MOU with Mr. George Loh, NUS Associate Vice President (Strategic Partnership). The signing was witnessed by Professor Dr. Srilert Chotpantarat, Deputy Director for Research Strategy and Planning, and Associate Professor Dr. Sanjay Swarup, Director of NUS Environmental Research Institute (NERI), alongside executive delegates from both institutes.
This MOU aims to strengthen academic cooperation in research and promote joint initiatives in sustainable environmental development. Following the signing ceremony, both institutions engaged in a discussion to explore future collaborative research projects and academic exchanges.

This milestone marks an important step for SERI in advancing international collaboration with world-class universities. Notably, the National University of Singapore is ranked 8th globally and 1st in Asia in the QS World University Rankings 2026.
